Named Travel Awards

The American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) Foundation’s Named Travel Awards recognize research excellence and promote the professional development of early career investigators. These awards provide recipients travel support to defray costs associated with attending The Liver Meeting® to present their outstanding research to an international audience.

Naming opportunities are available for donors who wish to establish a travel award to honor an individual, encourage topic-specific research, or dedicate travel support to a specific region or population. These named awards can be established for a contribution of $3,000 per award ($2,500 award, $500 administrative costs). The recommended minimum commitment is five years or five awards.

For more information on this program, contact the AASLD Foundation’s Development Office at 703-299-9766 or Foundation@aasld.org.
